1. General Information

By using the Site and submitting a quote request, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Offered

SynPleo offers professional services in:

  • Custom website design and development
  • Website redesign and modernization
  • Online booking and reservation systems
  • Custom AI chatbot integration
  • Post-launch maintenance and support

The Site provides an interactive price estimator and a contact form through which potential clients can request personalized quotes. Submitting a request does not constitute a binding contract.

3. Quote Process

3.1. Quote request

By completing the contact form, you submit a quote request to us. We will analyze your request and respond within 2-3 business days with a detailed quote or requests for additional clarification.

3.2. Commercial offer

The quote provided by SynPleo is valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. Estimated prices on the site are indicative and may vary depending on project complexity.

3.3. Contract

An actual contract is only concluded by signing a separate document (physical or electronic) containing specific commercial terms, deliverables, final prices and execution deadlines.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices displayed in the interactive estimator are indicative and expressed in EUR. The final price will be specified in the commercial offer and will depend on:

  • Project complexity and size
  • Number of pages and features
  • Third-party system integrations
  • Custom design requirements
  • Delivery deadlines

Payment is made according to the terms established in the contract, usually in installments: advance upon contract signing, intermediate installments and balance upon delivery.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. Site content

All Site content (text, images, graphics, logos, source code) is the property of SynPleo or its content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5.2. Project deliverables

Intellectual property rights over project deliverables (design, code, content) are governed by the specific contract. Generally, after full payment, the client receives usage rights according to the agreed purpose.

6. Site Usage

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information in contact forms
  • Not upload files with illegal content, malware or that violate third party rights
  • Not use the Site for spam, phishing or other fraudulent activities
  • Not attempt to access our systems in an unauthorized manner

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any request that violates these terms. In case of uploaded content that is illegal or violates third party rights, we will report it to the competent authorities and cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site and information presented are provided "as is". SynPleo does not guarantee that the Site will function without interruptions or errors.

SynPleo is not responsible for:

  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the Site
  • Loss of data, profit or business opportunities
  • Errors or delays in transmitting or receiving requests
  • Content or behavior of third-party services (hosting, email, storage)

Our liability is limited to the value of contracted services, according to applicable law.

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR and Romanian legislation.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the update date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
